Pastor Jose’s Church Gets Updates
Pastor Jose leads a very active, Christ-centered and spirit-filled church in the small village of Dieciocho de Marzo. However, they have limited resources and needed help with improvements. The kitchen, in the church, had no water faucet nor counter in the sink area. Plus, a few other pressing issues.
True Path Ministry answered the call and helped with several projects including a new sink area, a new gate to the bathroom area and bench repairs. “It is a labor of love. Helping pastors with their church repairs is one of our callings in Mexico,” said Stephen Williams.
Martin, Pastor Jose, Stephen and another church member recently came together to build the new sink area including new plumbing, a tile covered concrete counter and a new faucet. The team also replaced an old unusable gate with a new wooden gate. The gate leads the way to the “bano” which is behind the church building. In addition, the group repaired some of the hand-made wooden benches which were about to collapse. True Path Ministry has also committed to help paint the benches in the future.
If you fell moved to come help with some of the many projects here in Mexico let us know (see our “visit” page). You will be welcomed as there are many Church buildings and pastor homes that need repairs.
True Path Ministry is very active within the Christian community and has an ongoing list of projects to provide both spiritual and physical support in the area. We are able to continue what we do in large measure because of prayer support we get from Christians like you. Please include our Mexico ministry in your prayers. Also, if you would like to support us financially see our “support” page.
