Roof Completed at New Purisima Church Building

The Purisima Church building roof has been completed! This marks a major milestone in the new building construction project. Pastor Rebecca and members of the growing Se Llama Dios Está Aquí church can now have services in a more suitable structure, thanks to the favor of God and the generosity of True Path Ministry supporters.

The church has been meeting in an event tent that was badly damaged in a windstorm and cobbled back together. Once completed the new facility will become a regional gathering location for the many mountain villages surrounding the Purisima area of Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The church is active and growing. They have weekly services and an active children’s ministry. They also recently baptized several people, in a nearby mountain stream.

True Path Ministry and its close partner, Centro Cristiano Getsemani in Galeana, NL, Mexico have coordinated their efforts to keep the building project moving along. The next phase will be adding windows and doors, followed by applying stucco wall covering. The cost of the windows and doors including labor/installation is $3000.00 USD.

True Path Ministry Inc. is dedicated to serving Christ where it was called to, in mostly rural areas of northern Mexico. It is a small, 501C3, Texas non-profit organization. If you would like to get in on what the Lord is doing through TPM consider a financial gift. We also cherish prayer.

La Presita Almost Two Years Later

True Path Ministry and Centro Cristiano Getsemani teamed up and returned to La Presita on Saturday, March 29th after an almost two-year delay. We were overjoyed to find a full church of sincere worshipers and a large group of enthusiastic Christian kids.

Can God trust us? It was the question on the minds of the new pastor and his wife almost two years ago when we visited La Presita. Eli’s father, the Pastor for many years at La Presita, had just died leaving Eli and wife Lucera with the church. Both of our visits brought them tremendous support and encouragement. Their faith had prevailed to answer, YES, to God’s call.

The mission group arrived in the small desert village after a two-hour drive from our base in Galeana, NL. For our visit we kicked off the visit with a special song service lead by Pastor Lourdes followed by inspired preaching by Pastor Reynaldo for the adults. He preached from Matthew 25:1-13 about the Ten Bridesmaids. Be ready for the Lord always.

After the powerful sermon the alter filled with people on their knees before God in an intense time of prayer.

During the sermon the children went to a barn area and were lead by teacher Ana and Perla from the Galeana church. There was a time of prayer, song, Bible teaching and a craft project. We ended our visit by giving a backpack filled with school supplies and a fun surprise for each child. Plus, we gave blankets and hats to the adults.

Seeing the faith of these people is so inspiring. It is a farming community facing an extended period of drought. The ponds are dried up and there is little grass, but their faith is strong.

TPM missionaries Stephen and Tonyia Williams were especially happy to include Will, Debby and Hope Loveless from Texas. It was a joy filled time of Christian fellowship and worship for all of us.

Roof Needed at New Purisima Church Building

This is an update on the Purisima church building project. Good news, the walls are up!

It is now time to assemble a roof. The total cost is approximately $5000 for the labor, support beams and sheet metal. Please pray about investing in this house of worship.

True Path Ministry, after much prayer and support from the Lord and generous donors, has been building the structure dedicated to Jesus. The goal is to make Purisima, a small village, the center of worship for all the people living in the mountainous area.

Unless the LORD builds a house, the work of the builders is wasted. (Psalm 127:1a)

TPM Partners with Churches for Successful Season of Giving

True Path Ministry (TPM), in collaboration with Iglesia Centro Cristiana Getsemani of Galeana, NL, Mexico, and Iglesia Centro Cristiano Victoria of Reynosa, TA, Mexico, has successfully completed a Christ-centered season of giving.

Throughout the season, TPM shared stories and photos highlighting the locations where we distributed practical, much-needed gifts. These can be viewed on our website at http://truepathministry.com/news. We also shared videos and additional links on our True Path Ministry Facebook page.

The gifts we distributed included backpacks, school supplies, hygiene kits, blankets, hats, toys for boys and girls, preschool gifts, stuffed animals, bubbles, and Christian tracts. These thoughtful blessings were given to grateful individuals in the communities of Mexico where we are called to serve.

This mission was made possible through God’s provision, the faithful financial support of our donors, and a dedicated team of volunteers from both the U.S. and Mexico. It was the result of months of planning, sorting, packaging, transporting, and storing hundreds of items.

While there were many logistical challenges along the way, it was all worth it to share the message of Christ’s love, especially as we celebrate the gift of His birth.

Thank you for your financial and prayer support in 2024. Please, continue to support True Path Ministry in 2025 as we continue in the ministry work to which the Lord has called us.

So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless. 1 Corinthians 15:58 (NLT)

Gifts for Children in Tamaulipas, Mexico

True Path Ministry, in collaboration with Pastor Francisco Ramirez Peña and his network of churches, had the opportunity to bless children in three congregations in the state of Tamaulipas, Mexico. The recipients were part of Iglesia Centro Cristiano Victoria in Reynosa (led by Pastor Francisco), as well as Centro Cristiano Victoria 2 in El Barranco (led by Pastors Patricio and Tere Rojas) and Iglesia Yireh outside Reynosa (led by Pastor Raul Lugo).

The children at these churches were overjoyed to receive gifts that were both fun and practical. Each gift package included a backpack, school supplies, a hygiene kit, toys for boys or girls, preschool items, and a Christian tract.

It was a heartwarming experience for everyone involved to share the love of Christ, especially during the season when we celebrate the gift of His birth.

Thanks be to God for his inexpressible gift! 2 Corinthians 9:15 (ESV)
