Cold Day, Hot Meal, Warmed Hearts

We often encounter smiles from folks when we deliver the meals on Tuesdays. However, January 23rd was an especially cold day and the nutritious hot soup Nuevo Corazon made was warmly received by all. One man was not at his home when we drove by, but we later found him looking for a meal in a trash can beside the road. We felt his gratitude deeply, but  the praise was for Christ. He is why Nuevo Corazon cooks the food and why we deliver the meals. Jesus gets the glory!

Please pray for this ministry and if you would like to contribute financially visit our “support” page.

Some houses where we stop are little more than cardboard (click on a photo to see it larger).

Sandra and Patty, her daughter, are responsible for the meals.

Pastor Reynaldo, Lulu and Patty help package the food for delivery.

We often have others help us do the fun part, deliver the meals. Abdiel, Pastor Rey’s son, helped us last week. This week Rey’s nephew assisted us.
