Kid’s Club Meeting at Galeana Ministry Facility

The True Path Ministry sponsored Marcos 10:14 Kids Club learned about the coming of the Holy Spirit at its July 31 meeting. TPM’s supporters and faithful volunteers from the Centro Cristiana Getsemani church in Galeana work together to bring the children quality Christ honoring meetings.

This week teacher Ana taught about the Holy Spirit. For their memory verse she used John 14:26 where Jesus said: But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. The kids were engaged in the time and Christ was honored. The meeting ended with every child receiving a goody bag with candy and other treats, plus, a light meal. Stephen and Tonyia Williams, founders of TPM, were on hand this week to help with club.

The weekly meetings are held beside the church building in an area set aside for such purposes. The Centro Cristiana Getsemani church facilities went from being an unoccupied rocky hillside to a multipurpose facility that promotes worship, fellowship and Christian education. It was all made possible because of the favor of God and supporters of TPM and Centro Cristiana Getsemani church members over the past several years.

On the property there is a large worship center, activity awning, pastor’s house and an upstairs two-bedroom apartment for guest. There is also ample outdoor area for parking and children’s play area.

The daily activities at the Centro Cristiana Getsemani church facilities always honor God, in contrast to the many negative forces that are in our world. In Ephesians it says: For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 NLT)

Summer Fun and Praise in Purisima

Once again, Tonyia and Stephen Williams, founders of True Path Ministry, joined with Pastors Reynaldo and Lourdes and volunteers from the Centro Cristiana Getsemani church for a full day of ministry deep in the mountains of Mexico on July 30, 2025. We went to the Purisima village where we are helping Pastor Rebeca, and the Dios est Aqui church, construct a Christian worship center.

The walls are up, the roof is in place, windows and doors are installed, but there is still more work to do. And in spite of the needs, the church is being used not only for adult worship, but so children can have a day of fellowship. It is so awesome to see the hunger for the Lord in this small village. On this Wednesday all the chairs were full.

After prayer and a warm welcome from Pastor Rebeca, the Galeana team began a time of spirit-filled worship in song lead by Pastor Lourdes. Once the sermon began, the children were released for their special time of worship and activities with teacher Ana and helpers.

Pastor Reynaldo’s sermon was based on John 11 “The Rising of Lazarus.” He emphasized the importance of having total faith in Christ. In verse 11:25 Jesus said: “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live…. After the powerful sermon several came forward for prayer.

It just so happened it was Pastor Rebeca’s birthday, and the church sang to her, and all gave her a huge, as is the tradition in Mexico churches. Her husband Abram was also present after returning from his work in the USA.

Ana and the Galeana group of faithful volunteers had fun with the kids in song, prayer and learning about being a soldier for Christ. Their craft project was a play camo helmet made from a bowl. The kids were also given a bag of candy and treats.

Ladies from the church served everyone fresh, homemade tamales. It was a fulfilling day of fellowship and worship with committed followers of Christ.

El Derramadero Summer Club Fun Day

Today, July 29, 2025, TPM and members of Centro Cristiana Getsemani church of Galeana went to El Derramadero, a small village not far from Galeana, NL, Mexico. This is one of the two weekly Marcos 10:14 Kids Clubs TPM sponsors. It was a special Summer Club Fun Day held in the early afternoon rather than the evening, which is the usual case.

Teacher Lupita included several motion-required songs, some fun games, such as a water ballon towel toss, and others that made the kids laugh. The study time was focused on God creating the world and all that is in it. Everyone learned:

For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God. (Hebrews 3:4 ESV)

The three-hour event ended with a craft project, a meal and a candy bag. The kids went home smiling.

Sharing the bond of Christian Love in Refugio

Stephen and Tonyia Williams, founders of True Path Ministry, joined with volunteers from the Centro Cristiana Getsemani church including Pastors Reynaldo and Lourdes, to travel deep into the mountains to share the joy of Christ. Refugio is located at the end of a challenging dirt road that clings to the side of steep mountains. But it was worth the travel obstacles.

The service was held under an awning that TPM volunteers built some years ago. It is beside pastor Celedonio’s house and serves as his church building. Soon after arriving, the group is fed by the pastors in their home. Once everyone has eaten, the service begins. It was a beautiful time of fellowship, worship and testimonies followed by Evangelist Ramiro’s powerful sermon. He preached about the calling on each of our lives from the Bible book 1 Corinthians 7:20.

Teacher Ana took the children to a separate area for their own time of uplifting activities. She prepared a lesson about becoming a soldier for Christ. She used Ephesians 6:10-17, commonly called the “The Whole Armor of God.” The time began with fun songs that included motions. A game and a craft were added along with the Bible reading and teaching. The kids were engaged in the time and Christ was honored. The time was ended with every child receiving a goody bag with candy and other treats.

It was a great day of sharing the bond of Christian love and the fellowship of believers. The Bible says: Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. (Galatians 6:2 NLT)
